*New Capacity*  - #750+ people, 100+ business, 25+ performances, 20+ media partners, 30+ associates, 10+ dignitaries
*New location* - #Queen's Manor Event Centre. 2 Auction Ln, Brampton, ON L6T 0C4
*Event time* - 11 am - 3 pm
*Parking* - free, onsite

*all* - at entry to security please show your ID and tell your name and category, 
enter with your group members under your name. 
there are no reserved chair or tables or space. all is first come first serve.

*members* - who has not paid yet, payment is now due and can be sent at social@bollyclub.ca 

*food vendors* - 6 feet table will be provided by event centre. You can come at 9:00 am for early setup 

*sale vendors* - who will be selling the physical product like cloth, soap etc.., 
BYOT-Bring your own table for setup. 
4 feet recommended. You can come at 9:00 am for early setup

*all vendors* - You can come at 9:00 am for early setup, 
Note only food vendors will be provided table by event centre. 
and sale vendors can bring their own table.

*all sponsors* - your friends n family entry included in package, 
if any change in numbers like no of kids and no of adults, 
please send me final number 

*sponsors other than food and sale vendors* - As you will not be selling any physical product like soap, cloth etc. 
and you are from service industry like mortgage, tax, real estate etc, 
bring your standee, flyers and business cards for distribution. 
individual table setup is not recommended and is of no use. as total capacity increased to 750+.

*new immigrants* - I have reserved few spaces free of charge for new immigrants, 
people looking for job, rentals, immigration, matrimony service etc... 
If you know someone, ask them to connect with me to reserve

*media*- You can bring your team onsite for interviews, recording and broadcast. 
You and your team can bring family members and friends, please send me final number

*associates*- You can bring your team onsite for interviews, recording and broadcast.

-Event centre will provide table to food vendors, 9-11 am setup time
-vendors who are going to display products bring your own table for setup, 9-11 am setup time
-sponsors who does not have any products to display and are from service industry like real estate, mortgage, 
tax etc bring standee and side table to keep your marketing material, 9-11 am setup time
-sponsors - at entry tell your category sponsor and name and mobile number last 4 digits at entry to security
-vendors - at entry tell your category vendor and name and mobile number last 4 digits at entry to security
-seekers - job, matrimony, rentals, new immigrants - at entry tell your category seeker and name and mobile number 
last 4 digits at entry to security
-associates - at entry tell your category associate and name and mobile number last 4 digits at entry to security
-media - at entry tell your category media and name and mobile number last 4 digits at entry to security
